ERP Connector - Order
Warning
These documentation pages are for the old package limepkg-erp-order, which is not to be used anymore. Instead, switch to limepkg-cpq-order. Add-on to the ERP Connector add-on that will allow the customers to sync orders between Lime CRM and their ERP system. The add-on also includes an order creation guide that can be configured for the web client.
Features
Synchronization
- Create new orders in Lime CRM, orders with status
'readytobesent'
will be synced to the ERP system within ten minutes (Syncify fetches). - After an order is synced with the ERP system, the ERP system becomes master of the order data.
- Configurable whether an invoice based on the order should be created directly or not in the ERP system.
- When invoices created based on orders are synced to Lime CRM (through the standard ERP Connector), the invoice and order are linked to eachother in Lime CRM.
Order creation
- Web Client: An order guide can be configured to replace the default new dialog for orders. The order guide provides, among other things the user the possiblity to search for and add articles.
Warning
Any flows in Lime CRM to automatically create orders on a schedule or in bulk (for example based on agreements) are not included in this add-on. The idea is instead that these things should be built as customizations around the add-on, to suit the specific customer needs better.
